The cap is available in either gloss or matte finishes to suit the concept of your product.

The cap comes with a newly developed plug for each neck specification. The plug features a divergent flow-control nozzle and is available in either 3φ and 9φ orifice sizes to suit the viscosity and amount used of different formulas.

When used with PEW series, the bottle and cap present a unified design, and the cap is flush with the bottle with several combinations. The 24/410 P Series bottles are available in various styles, such as cylindrical, square and oval forms. Depending on the bottle used, a unified design can be presented.

The EO Over CAP II M is kept on inventory in natural (transparent). You can purchase bottles by the carton with the matching quantity of pumps and over caps.

Tubes are available in 20φ and 25φ. Both come with a nozzle-type plug.

The capacity of the 20φ tube can be from 12 to 28 ml (below shoulder length: 55 to 115 mm). The cap features a larger diameter than the tube.

Oval BIO-PE bottles with a thickness of 25 mm, making them ideal for postal delivery. The series is available in 150 and 180ml, and the raw materials include plant-derived BIO-PET.

The bottles feature elegant vertical ribs around the entire circumference, and a square area on the front and a rectangular area on the back for printing and labeling.

The compatible flip-top cap has an orifice diameter of 3φ and is ideal for formula such as skincare, body care, and hair care. In addition to postal-delivery products, they can also be used for over-the-counter items and amenities.


The 150ml bottle is kept on inventory in white and is available by the carton. The compatible flip-top cap is also available in white and black in the same quantity as the bottle.

In addition to this series, a range of other thin containers and tubes for postal delivery are available. You can combine bottles, jars, and tubes to make trial and gift sets.

A 400 ml PET bottle for hot-filling with a heat-resistant temperature of 87 ℃ (in-house evaluation). It’s ideal for both Japanese and western products, such as Japanese-style soup stock, other liquid seasoning, dressings, and pasta sauce.

The slim form and leaf-shaped panel design at the top section make the bottle easy to hold.

The design provides the opportunity for a variety of decoration options, such as labeling on the top or bottom sections or shrink film application on the entire surface. You can change the product image by changing the size and position of the decoration.

The compatible cap is a snap-on type, flip-top cap with a pull-top. After use, it can be easily separated from the bottle.

The bottle and over cap have the same diameter, offering a sense of unity. Plant-derived BIO-PET is used as the raw material for the bottles, which are available in capacities of 100ml, 120ml and 150ml (100ml and 120ml be completed soon). The spray or pump used is protected by the over cap, providing peace of mind and security. Ideal for various applications from cosmetics, hair care and body care to hygiene products.

The over cap is available in either matte or gloss finishes to suit the product concept.

Both the bottles and over caps are kept in stock in natural and can be purchased by the carton.
In addition, the TCS (Takemoto Color Selection) can be applied, which can shorten the color confirmation process and implementation period in product development.

This cover clip is available for use with 0.5㏄ and 1.0㏄ pumps.
The tip of the nozzle is covered, giving the user a sense of security and is recommended for skin care, hair care, and body care.

There are two styles of pumps on offer, double type and single type.
The double type is a 1.0㏄ pump that creates a flush design when assembled with bottles of the same diameter. Decoration on the side of the closure can be employed to enhance originality. With the single type, 0.5㏄ and 1.0㏄ dose pumps are available.

The PD-24 Cover Clip BII is held on inventory in natural and can be purchased in the same quantity as the corresponding pump.
