Mouthwash bottle to take on the go (M-80)

A mini bottle has been added to our lineup of containers for mouthwash. With a capacity of 80ml, it is ideal to take on the go, and the design has a gentle curve that fits the hand.

The shape of the bottle neck has been designed for easy application of tamper-evident shrink wrap. Also, the curved form of the bottle makes it easy to hold and the dedicated cap has been given an easy-to-grip shape for ease of opening and closing.

The inside of the cap has a 10ml fill line for measuring.

For mouthwash, we also offer containers with capacities of 310 ml and 500 ml. Both products are made from PET material and the stock color is opaque white to block light and are available by the carton.

Multi-purpose Tamper-evident Series

A new lineup of caps has been added to our range of tamper-evident products. Special attention has been given to the size and design of the opening lip and tear-band removal tab. They are ideal for a wide range of applications, from tablets and powdered food supplements, to cream cosmetics and hair care products.

With a tear-band that is removed when the container is first opened, the tamper-evident function is simply provided by the capping process. It is a sustainable choice for ensuring the safety and security of the product compared with previous options such as outer packaging or shrink bands.

In our range of tamper-evident products, caps are available in 6 sizes from 35φ to 100φ, and containers are available in 13 sizes with capacities of 50ml to 1100ml.

The jar is available with either a screw cap or a flip-top cap, both of which have been designed to create a sense of unity with the jar body.
The jar body and screw cap held in stock are produced with the sustainable material “Bio PE”.

A matte finish has been given to selected cream containers and standard screw/ flip-top caps. The result changes not only the appearance but also creates a matte texture. Since this finish is produced by the mold itself, delivery time can be shortened and costs reduced.

These products are also available in a gloss finish, allowing you to choose glossy or matte depending on the product concept and image. Both ranges are kept in stock, so please contact us for further information.

There are matte flip-top caps available for 30φ, 35φ, 40φ, 45φ, 50φ, and 60φ tubes, and it is possible to have a matching matte texture for both the cap and tube. The caps feature a large lip for easy-opening.

Information on New Year holidays and Kappabashi showroom renovation

Thank you for your continued patronage.
We would like to inform you that we will be closed for year-end and New Year holidays from December 30, 2020 (Wednesday) to January 4, 2021 (Monday). Business will start as usual from January 5th (Tuesday).

In addition, renovation work will be carried out at the Kappabashi showroom.
The construction period is scheduled to be from Saturday, January 9, 2021 to the end of March. During this time, the showroom will operate the first floor of the head office.

“Dish pump” (PD-D series)

These dish shaped pumps dispense upwards. There are 2 functional variations available. One is used to soak cotton pads etc. for application. The other allows the product to accumulate in the dish for precise application with a brush or other tool.

New colors and materials added to the Takemoto Color Selection

The Takemoto Color Selection was developed in response to feedback from our customers.
New color tones and colors for PP materials have been added to the Takemoto color selection.
When you use a Takemoto Color, the color selection process and pigmentation time can be reduced, significantly shortening the development period.

Standard Color

Originally, the selection included 19 standard colors for injection stretch blow molded products made of PET material. In response to feedback from our customers that there should be a color selection for PP material cream containers and caps, we have developed a selection of 21 colors for PP material.
There are 19 colors that are available in the same tone for both PET and PP materials, so complete product lines can be developed with a consistent color theme.
When you use a Takemoto Color, the color selection process and pigmentation time can be reduced, significantly shortening the development period.

Trend Color

With the Trend Color Series, 7 new Takemoto colors have been added.

In addition to the basic standard colors, we have prepared an offering of selected on trend colors.
This time, it is a selection of gentle nuanced color tones.

We offer common colors for PET and PP materials, making it possible to develop a full line of products with a consistent color theme.

This 2-way cap is ideal for various everyday uses such as sprinkles, salt and pepper, sesame salt, baking soda, bath salts, and pet food and is now available as a standard product. It is available for purchase in small quantities without the need for investment in molds. Coloring is also possible to match your product image. Container capacities of 150 ml, 200 ml, and 300 ml are available.

This cap can be made with CO2 reduction additives. Ideal for green products, the additive has the effect of suppressing the amount of carbon dioxide generated during incineration.

This product is available in the Takemoto Color Selection (28 colors in total) for PP material, allowing the development period for commercialization to be shortened.
